(London, SoloAzar Exclusive).- “Galaxsys delivers immersive gaming experiences”, started saying Mr. Gil Soffer, SVP Sales & Business Development at Galaxsys, who granted an interview to SoloAzar, in which he also mentioned the excellent experience and performance they had at the last edition of ICE in London, and how they are preparing for ICE Barcelona 2025 among other highlighted topics.

“We brought to ICE London our award-winning top performing game Ninja Crash”, Mr. Gil Soffer, Galaxsys

What novelties have you presented at the last edition of ICE in London?

Our stand at ICE London was nothing short of spectacular. Visitors, and delegates were treated to a visual feast of familiar elements from our award-winning hit game, "Ninja Crash," The entire booth setup revolved around this captivating game. We also showcased some of our new games: Tower Rush, LottoBoom, Hot Gear, Limbo Crash, Dr. Shocker, and Cosmo Saga, all of which captured a lot of attention from operators.

Could you describe how was your presence at ICE booth?

Our stand was a hit with visitors. As I mentioned we brought one of our top performing games from our portfolio of over 30 games to life – Ninja Crash. It was part of our marketing campaign to bring the game to London for everyone to engage, enjoy and really demonstrate how players love the game and why it is a runaway success across several international markets.

We had further interactive elements, with characters from Ninja Crash interacting with delegates as they walked around the show. And we had a super cool, Ice-cream experience to help rival tried delegates as they walked around the show, and sooth sore throats from all the conversations.

Galaxsys delivers immersive gaming experiences, and I’m glad to say all our visitors were impressed with the visuals, the game themes, and our passion to build, deliver, and support the best gaming experiences for all our partners.

In commercial terms, what is your evaluation? Did you achieve the goals proposed? Did new collaborations or business alliances emerge?

This was as everyone knows, the last ICE at ExCeL London. There was certainly a lot of nostalgia at the show, but the energy was very high.

As a young company, that is leading the way in fast & crash games, we always use shows as both an opportunity to meet existing and new partners, but as a learning experience.

Our sales and product teams were very busy with pre-arranged meetings, and of course walk-ups to the booth.  Overall, our enquiry pipeline is strong, and we are excited by the prospects of announcing some key distribution partnerships in the coming weeks ahead.

What aspect can you highlight about the changes and the future of the industry? How is the company preparing for it?

We have a talented and dedicated team, from design, game maths, account management, sales and product, and marketing.  I’m confident in our leadership and focus, that we can always solve challenges and create opportunities to listen, learn and flourish.

We are expanding our geographical footprint into more regulated markets; our games are built on the foundations of social gambling responsibility and a good gaming experience at the centre.

Galaxsys is a lean and adaptive company, and we look forward to helping our partners grow throughout 2024, whatever the challenge, we shall do it together.

When talking about new trends Do you use artificial intelligence for your products, services or user experience?

AI and generative AI are of course taking a spotlight in every industry. The technology is still at an early stage, and still to reach maturity in terms of how it can be used, when it can be used, and does it make a difference to what the business is doing.

As a business we are evaluating how we can use AI, to make our internal processes more efficient and to streamline certain work streams, that will benefit our partners. Data analytics is an area where AI, can help, analyse complex meta data, and look for patterns. However, you still need someone to interrupt, and challenge the data outputs to make sure of the robustness and accuracy of the information.

We will continue as I mentioned to evaluate, test, and learn, the applicable benefits of AI throughout this year.

What aspects can you highlight from the last edition in London? And how are you preparing for Barcelona 2025?

The show was one of the biggest I believe in ICE’s history at ExCeL.  Barcelona is a cool city and double the space that ICE ExCeL offered, so we expect a totally different experience.

2025 is still far off, and Galaxsys has more shows to attend this year. Our focus as always is to create, buzz, excitement around what’s immediately in front of us, which is to tell the story of how Galaxsys with its proven and award-winning fast and crash games portfolio can grow your casino revenues.
